The latest update on EBs data shows that BJP has received the most donations through SBI electoral bonds before April 12, 2019, as per the second list released by the Election Commission.

The Election Commission of India uploaded the latest EBs data on its website on March 17th. This data came from the Supreme Court’s registry in a digital format.

In the latest batch of SBI electoral bonds data, Mamata Banerjee’s TMC got a donation of ₹1,397 crore, Congress received ₹1,334 crore, and BRS received ₹1,322 crore. MK Stalin’s party DMK got ₹509 crore from Santiago Martin’s Future Gaming.
On March 15th, the Election Commission released the first detailed data on electoral bonds, which it obtained from the State Bank of India. The Supreme Court instructed the apex bank to provide this data to the Election Commission. You can find all the live updates here.

An RSS leader named Hosabale said that electoral bonds are like a test, and we’ll have to wait and see if they actually help in the future.

On Sunday, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale said that electoral bonds are like a test, and we’ll have to wait and see if they actually help in the future.

When asked about worries regarding electoral bonds and accusations that they were bought to gain favors, Hosabale said that the Sangh hasn’t talked about it yet because EBs are still being tested.

The CPI(M) announced that it won’t accept money through electoral bonds.

The Communist Party of India (Marxist) stated that it won’t accept funds through electoral bonds. Additionally, reports from the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), Indian National Lok Dal (INLD), and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) showed zero receipts through electoral bonds.
JD (U) stated that they received ₹10 crore in electoral bonds without knowing who gave them, and they cashed it.
The Janata Dal (United), led by Nitish Kumar, informed the Election Commission that in 2019, someone dropped off an envelope containing electoral bonds worth ₹10 crore at their office. They cashed the bonds shortly after receiving them but don’t know who the donors are .
The party also revealed that Bharti Airtel and Shree Cement donated ₹1 crore and ₹2 crore, respectively, through electoral bonds.
Jairam Ramesh said that the BJP compelled many companies to make payments.

 Jairam Ramesh, the Congress general secretary, claimed that large companies were pressured into giving significant donations to the BJP in exchange for major contracts later on. He also stated that various companies were compelled to pay after being investigated by agencies like the ED, Income Tax, and CBI.

He gave an example involving Aurobindo Pharmaceuticals, a company from Hyderabad. According to him, the company was investigated by the ED, and afterwards, it bought electoral bonds.
According to SBI’s data, AAP got ₹65.45 crore.
The AAP didn’t provide a total donation amount, but according to SBI’s data, they received ₹65.45 crore. It’s believed they got another ₹3.55 crore after reporting to the EC, making their total around ₹69 crore.
