Arvind kejiriwal’s arrest:-The court mentioned that they will address the matter tomorrow.

Arvind kejiriwal’s arrest :-Singh informed the court that his request is that protests cannot be held in court premises for political reasons.
Arvind kejiriwal’s arrest:-“The matter will be addressed tomorrow. Don’t be concerned about it. The court cannot be prevented or halted. We cannot deny anyone the fundamental right to approach the court. If someone does so, they will do it at their own risk. And we will take action if necessary,” said the Acting Chief Justice.
The court also said that organizing a protest in court will have serious consequences, and the laws set by the Supreme Court on this matter will be followed.
Kejriwal was arrested on March 21. The following day, the trial court decided to keep him in ED custody until March 28.

The letter request mentions that nowadays it’s common for political parties’ members to use their legal cell members to organize strikes, protests, boycotts, or token strikes to pressure law enforcement agencies, and sometimes even the judiciary.

The petition mentions specific tweets by lawyers urging large protests in the courts in the capital city.
The plea argues that making untrue accusations against law enforcement agencies and the central government, then turning court premises into a battleground for political purposes, goes against professional ethics and violates the Bar Council of India’s rules, as well as defying Supreme Court judgments.
The letter petition asks for an urgent halt to the protest call and requests the Bar Council of India and Bar Council of Delhi to investigate the issue for professional misconduct.
The plea also asks the bar association of the district courts and High Court to start disciplinary actions against lawyers or political workers involved in the unlawful protest within the Court premises.
It also requests that a suitable penalty be imposed on the Legal Cell of Aam Aadmi Party for organizing an unlawful protest within the court premises of Delhi.
