Google’s co-founder acknowledges that the company made mistakes with the Gemini image generation.

After Google’s CEO Sundar Pichai , Sergey Brin, the co-founder of Google, also expressed his thoughts on the issue, admitting that the Gemini AI chatbot made mistakes.
Gemini received criticism for generating images that were historically inaccurate, which even CEO Sundar Pichai found unacceptable. Now, Google’s co-founder, Sergey Brin, has also admitted that the Gemini AI chatbot made mistakes.


After the problem with Gemini’s images, It has paused Gemini’s capability to create images for now. Additionally, the chatbot has been criticized for giving inappropriate responses and not condemning pedophilia.
That being said, Gemini caused controversy in India when asked about Prime Minister Narendra Modi. As a result, MeitY issued an advisory on March 1 for platforms using generative AI models and algorithms. The advisory stresses the need for these platforms to obtain explicit permission from the Indian government before launching. Additionally, companies must ensure their models don’t share any illegal content, and failure to comply could lead to penalties.
